This stinks.
They countered us for more money, free rent, and more. We jumped through all their hoops adroitly and for all our begging, all our “enthusiasm” - what did we get? First backup. Which is the real estate equivalent of a snarky Palinesque “thanks but no thanks”. We are pissed. We are sad. We are frustrated. But we are not giving up. A home on Bernal will be ours…some day.
